The Health Creation Programme is a six-month programme for people who want to be more fulfilled, happier and with higher levels of wellbeing. Over this time, you’ll learn to understand and identify where you need to make changes in your beliefs and emotional patterns so that you can change your habits and lifestyle.

With The Health Creation Programme you will get:

How well are you caring for yourself? Complete this tool and you’ll have immediate feedback on your current “Life Energy Factor”. This will highlight the changes that you can make which will have the highest impact on your health and wellness.  You’ll be able to see the result in two ways – an overall score, and a visual map – and you’ll be given information which will help you read and understand your report.


You’ll be asked to answer questions on the following areas:


  • Body (eating, drinking, cooking, food sourcing, exercise, sleep relaxation, chemicals, additives, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs)
  • Mind (stress, anxiety, relationships, wellbeing)
  • Spirit (being true to yourself, vitality, engagement in activities)
  • Environment (living and workspaces, belonging, community involvement, your relationship with the natural world)

Once you’ve got your report, you’ll be able to have a one hour session with your Mentor if required to maximise your understanding of the information you get.

The Personal Diagnostic – Mentor Support  

Working with a Mentor is optional but will catalyse the change you’re making.   Mentors can help you discover the cause of problems and support you to find a life that you want to be living. Planning, implementing and sustaining healthy change can be challenging, and your Mentor will be with you providing a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear and warm, friendly encouragement throughout.  You can see your Mentor up to one hour per month, or more often if required, via Skype, Zoom or phone.

You can work with your Mentor to fully understand your initial report and see how you can raise your energy, health and wellbeing.  You’ll start to create goals at this stage, ending your first session with a pathway to follow and a belief that you can do this!

Your goals will be achievable, relevant and realistic given where you are right now. You’ll also get helpful local resources to facilitate your journey.

Your full Health Creation Programme comes in the form of a workbook which will take you through nine individual sections.  Over the course of the Programme you’ll learn about the 12 Health Creation Principles and how to apply them to your own life.

You’ll be able to make significant changes to your health and energy as you go through the Programme at your own pace, adapting it to your needs.
