How to use your Earthing Sheet

1. Place the Earthing Sheet on your bed as shown in the product instructions.
2. Connect the press stud on the sheet to the supplied earthing cord.
3. Insert the yellow earthing plug into a suitable wall socket.
4. Place your normal bed sheet over the Earthing Sheet and sleep as usual.

The earthing connection does not draw electricity from the socket. The socket is used to access the building’s earth connection and does not need to be switched on for the earthing function.

Material & Care

The Earthing Sheet is made from a poly-cotton fabric incorporating soft stainless-steel conductive yarn.

It can be machine washed according to the care instructions, using temperatures appropriate for the fabric, and can be ironed normally. To help maintain conductivity and the condition of the fabric, avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and fabric softeners.

Our Earthing Sheets are designed primarily to provide a practical way to establish an earthing connection while sleeping.

Please note: Earthing Sheets are not medical devices and should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

To be fully grounded the area of contact above the sheet is about 1 square inch (3 square cm).  Therefore the sheet does not have to cover the entire bed.
