Aubergine Dip (Greek Style – Melitziana Salad)


2 Aubergines

2 gloves garlic

½ onion

½ cup of olive oil

¼ cup of seamen seed


Slice the aubergine in thin slices and pierce with a fork. Grill in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Let it cool. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
